1982 – 1984		The Jockey Club Chief Executive Haydock Park Racecourse (2-year contract to set up a leisure company)
1985 – 1987		Courage Ltd Director of Planning and Development. Responsible for Wine & Spirits training policy.
1987 – 1990		Tolly Cobbold / Brent Walker General Manager Catering and Development
