Introduction to wine service. The program covers critical service skills including glassware

And service equipment as well as selecting and serving wines.

This course provides in-depth instruction in the art of wine service and includes the development

Of practical skills in a restaurant setting.

Course Duration: approximately 8 hours (Two Day sessions of 4 hours or one day 8-hour Session)
Maximum Pax: 18 participants

  2. Key elements to enhance Customer Service
  3. How to correctly care for and handle equipment for wine Service
  4. How to serve wines
  5. How to store Wines

Evaluation:

Assessment is by a role-play restaurant wine service exercise.
